Alanya - Antalya on Honda Shadow

In August 2016 we with my wife were lucky enough to go on a honeymoon to Turkey. Stayed at the hotel in Alanya. Located on the coast of the Mediterranean sea, 138 km from Antalya. Climb a few days in the city and all the surrounding beaches, we came to the conclusion that we are bored :-). We decided to rent a motorbike and drive to Antalya.
Rented a Honda Shadow 750 like, the year 2005 in the office of Martin Turkay. The team there are full of Europeans by the name of Martin, a very friendly man. I looked to my right, quickly issued what the paper gave us two questionable helmet and off we went. We paid about 60-80 $ per day if I'm not mistaken. 
Pretty torquey ILO was a Honda Shadow. And the engine runs much quieter and softer than my Yamaha XVS 1100.
Firstly, could case stopped at a gas station and filled the tank full. Struck the price of gasoline, I do not remember exactly but 2-3 times bigger than ours.
Driving in Turkey is very easy, the roads are exceptional. Driving culture of local drivers at altitude though, and all moving with obvious excess of speed, we were going about 100-110 km/h and overtook us all, but no one pushes and no cuts.
Since we both went to what was ie in shorts and t-shirts ( I still have the OGIO vest with hydropack, I love it). Feet we have already burned half way.

Very often the village almost every 10-15 km hampered the movement, but for a couple of hours we drove to Antalya. 
The journey itself was a little interesting. Though on the map the route as if runs along the coast actually Vokrug landscapes is very dull. 
Motorcycle to my razocherovanie was not in perfect condition. Front fork leaking oil and spoiled my textile ankle boots khaki :-(. The front brakes have seized toli toli failed and had to click twice to get them to work. Tried to brake the rear wheel. Rear suspension in the slightest irregularities practiced with a roar.
When we got to Antalya we had to turn GPS Navigator. I have a simple car, but I put it in the vest and listen to voice guidance via the headphones. Drove to Hadrian's gate (old part of the city) Left the ILO and paid Parking and stayed there for the whole day until midnight. Someone had to know what a great area of the city, with a bunch of rock bars.
The return journey was not much different except that we froze to death :-). Who would have thought that Turkey's so cold :-)
Back to the hotel where we arrived by 3 m the night, and passed out :-)

  Journey South - part 3: Greece Sequel,  second part Day 10 Finally, I had to travel to the destination country — Greece.  From Skopje left at about half past seven in the morning.  The road first went on the motorway and then I turned in the direction of Bitola, to drive in the mountain of Greece, near Albania.  Then the road map is referred to as the highway, and in fact a normal mountain winding road.  But the biggest problem was the presence of Astolfo with cut coating, reminiscent of the grooves.  And immediately begins to feel like the motorbike turns passed, probably at a speed of 40 km per hour. To Magadan through the Gobi desert, or how to find of suffering on his 5 point) Hello!  New season – new trip...back In 2015 close to my heart is the route to Magadan.  Our country is immense to see and walk the famous route of the Kolyma alone.  But given my dislike of asphalt areas decided to add Mongolia with its Gobi desert and reach the Altai, with its huge number of beautiful off-road routes.  Post is a bit belated, because I start from Moscow on 25 April) But better late than after the fact...in Advance of the routes I did not make up, only the direction.  About it would be this: Moscow-Kazan-Sverdlovsk-Barnaul-Altai(circular route will update in place)-Mongolia(going below through the Gobi desert)-Baikal.  Here I make a stop for 1.5-2 months for the Kolyma impassable until the end of June.  Then come back and food to Magadan, if not enough, then return to Vladivostok.
